Position : Trainee Operations Engineer (*Not a Call Center / BPO Job*) Location : T.Nagar, Chennai Experience : Fresher Salary : 10000-12000/- pm Desired Candidate Profile: Education (Regular): BE[CSE]/B.Tech[IT]/M.sc/B.sc in Computer Science / Information Technology/MCA. Year of Pass out: 2010 Percentage: 70% or more Formal Course: Certification in Networking / Windows / ITIL is an added advantage Excellent communication skills (oral & written) Analytical thinker, ability to think out of the box and innovate. Ability to work independently. Should be willing to work in rotational shifts. Note: Arts & Science graduate with Certification in Networking / Windows / ITIL can also apply. Job responsibility: Candidates after completing training will perform the below mentioned functions. -Should monitor the performance of Websites & Windows Servers -Should work on Web Monitoring tools like Keynote, Omniture, and Netcool etc. -Should troubleshoot System and Network related issues -Should work on Remedy ticketing tool -Should coordinate with onsite engineers to resolve issues.
