Greetings All I have come across an interesting situation as follows: Our employees are permanent employees employed for a specific monthly salary. On the pay slip it is shown that the employee has worked for 26 days and 4 week offs. The Labour Inspector is saying that we cannot divide the salary of employee by 30 days and it need to be divided by 26 days. The logic he is giving is as per law, aft in-laws address a must?

Greetings all, I am working as an asst manager-hr in a fmcg co.I got married almost a year back.In my contact address my residential address is given and after marriage I have not changed it to my in-laws address as in my residential address proof my parental address is given.In the appointment letter of the company it is mentioned an employee needs to inform the management in case of change in re Internal team issues

Hi, I have a team of energetic people, dedicated on work and productive… I was out of India From office for 2 months and in that period few issues came in frame- 1. Team leaders are being arrogant (source juniors) 2. Seniors don’t hear Juniors (source juniors) 3. Juniors are not cooperating and productive (source seniors) 4. Everyone is trying to prove others wrong 5. No more unity I u depress by senior rating on Performance Appraisal after m doing my work on time

is this possible..? my senior harldy contact me 2-3 time within 6 month who is working in diffrent city and m alone handling my branch..his rating on performance Appraisal..to me for that m not satisy..because whatever job responsibilty i have m doing that very well and regarding that m contacting his Assistant. here i have my General manager whatever work he give m doing that very well..so m gett HR & Admin

Greetings Seniors, I am working with an IT firm which started 2 yrs back. It is been 5 months now that CEO is not paying us the salary. Whenevr we ask they say about performance or give a reason that client has not paid us. I am planning to leave the company.
