I have a question that if an employee is not performing and company decides to take resignation of employee with immediate effect and accepting the resignation of the employee, relieving employee on same day. In such case does employer is suppose to pay one month notice pay to employee?

Hi members, I working as Hr in an IT company. In my company new joiners must fill application form. Is it right? I feel that application form must be filled only at the time of applying for a job or while interview, But here its not so. I just want to know what are the form must be filled out at the time of joining, if any one have such forms pls share with me. Kindly guide me on the same.

Greetings Friends, In our organization more than 70 employees not yet applied for ESIC smart card.. we have received a warning call from the ESIC office regarding this issue.. so for that i need to send a reminder mail to all these employees to apply for smart card as soon as possible..
