Hello Everyone, I am working in a Growing media co. as HR Executive the working hours over here is 10 hours i.e from 10 am- 8 pm , though in some companies today what they mention on the papers eg 6pm employees have to extend the time by 1 or 2 hours but as already the work time is 10 hours is it appropriate?? Sometimes even if i dont have any work then also am forced to stay back till 8:pm ... K Pf & esi
