I have a question that if an employee is not performing and company decides to take resignation of employee with immediate effect and accepting the resignation of the employee, relieving employee on same day. In such case does employer is suppose to pay one month notice pay to employee? Time gap problem

Hi, I left my company in November 2010 and received my last two months salary as full and final settlement in January 2011. But the amount i received in the full and final settlement are not included in the Form 16 i have received from them. Ideally there should not be any refund, but if i use my form 16 to file it return i am getting a refund of 3000. But i am afraid it may look like fraud. Shoul Leaves

I want to know how to calculate basic on gross salary. My gross pay is Rs.17450/-. (its excluding LTA & Medical of Rs.1150/- per month). My basic as per my gross is Rs.6900/- , is this correct? also let me know basic is on gross salary excluding LTA and medical benefits. HR Deptt. says for easy entry in Tally they made round figure of basic as well as LTA & Medical Rs.575/- each per month. Pl clar banking and finance dissertation topics

I was working for a software company on a third party pay roll.My employer is pune based company and i was working in Bangalore. I left the company since January of this year.But my employer is not giving my salary.Its already 6-7 months happen.My employer told me that the software company is not giving approval, but they send me the salary slip.Will you please suggest me how i get my salary ? Greetings All, I’m working for as HR in a manufacturing firm - had certain queries about contractual staffing: We have 15-20 workers working on company contract (not through contractor but directly with us). Currently we pay them fix wages (much above min wages) but they are not enrolled under epf scheme - is it compulsory to bring under EPF scheme exactly like we do for our onroll employees esic percentage
