Job Description:
• Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to identify opportunities for increased sales as well as track competitors' product sales activities.
• Identify market requirements for current and future products & services.
• Responsible for leading brand strategy and development, creative direction, positioning, messaging, pricing and all facets of the marketing mix to support both new and existing products.
• Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines and services.
• Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
• Analyzes market trends and assess demand for current and new innovations for future product development.
• Develop Budget management, to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.



Job Specification:
Experience of not less than 4 years
• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification. Master's Degree in Business Marketing is preferred but not required.
• Experience using Microsoft software, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to work well within a matrix organization and limited supervision.
• Strong analysis and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong project planning and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-leadership, teamwork, organization and planning.



Languages: Very Good in English
