Hi, I have recently joined as an HR executive in an international BPO. Its a new set up and I have to set all the HR procedures and that includes HR manual and HR policies. I want to know that whats the difference between HR manual and HR policy and also can anyone send me the sample of HR manual and HR policy as per the international BPO.I hope for the positive response.

Just want one clarification...:?? is CTC means that employer’s contribution for PF/ESI is also deducted in the said CTC or Should Employer pay separately from company accounts?? please give some suggestion on the same..? since i hav come cross one company where PF/ESI contribution of employer’s is been deducted from employee’s salary? i.e from employees CTC.
