Greetings Sirs, Recently, we have registered in EPFO ( employer cat.) in the month of june but we could not submit contribution up 15th july for june salary in to the bank. Greetings Senior, I am working in an IT Firm as HR.My question is that if any employee has taken leave in a week up Thursday and her/his reporting day is on Friday and even she reported on that day,means came on Friday after the leave,but gain absent on the coming Monday,where previous Saturday and Monday were declared official holidays. Hi my Greetings seniors, i want your valuable answer for my problem.. I was working as a h.r executive with a hospital.. My hr given a offer letter at the time of my joining. In that they mentioned that i was kept in a probation period for 6 months.. In the mean while they agreed to 5,ooo/- per month.. Greetings All, I have learnt through sources that according to a judgement from the Supreme Court of India, any employee who has completed 4 years 8 months of service (in other words has completed 240 days in the 4th year) is eligible for payment of gratuity. Is this true? If yes is there any documentation to this effect.
